SAARATHY-PAMMAC (Parents Association for persons with Mental Retardation, Multiple disabilities, Autism, and Cerebral palsy), a voluntary and a non-profit organization, registered under Societies Act of the Government of Tamilnadu (Reg.No. 59/2001) and affiliated to PARIVAR-NEFA, New Delhi, was established in Coimbatore and has been functioning since December 2000, with the following objectives.
VISION
Be a Guardian, Catalyst, and Service Provider for Persons and Parents of Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Prevention, Education, Rehabilitation and Life Long Care !We work to educate , support and lead to improve the live of people with physical and mental disabilities and their loved one
MISSION
To Create, Manage, and Replicate single point Resource Centre and Facility for serving Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (PwIDD) and their Families in providing Counselling, Early Intervention, Training, and Employment To provide PwIDDs for an Inclusive Life Long after their parents.To work for the rightful life of PwIDDs by means of Advocacy, Lobbying, and Coordination with Govt and Non-Govt organisations
